Care and protection declaration — custody order — The Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, ss 14 and 101. Care and protection declaration made pursuant to s 14(1)(a) and 14(1)(b). Children put into custody (s 101). Specialist arrangements were to be made by the Ministry in respect to schooling; the children having missed over a year. **Note: names have been changed to comply with legal requirements.
