Final adoption order — Adoption Act 1955, s 5. A final adoption order was made following the recommendation of a social worker’s report. Judge determined a final order was appropriate on the facts. The birth mother consented, the adopting parents were stable and the child had integrated well. **Note: names have been changed to comply with legal requirements.
