Costs — civil claim. Costs were awarded on a 2B basis to the defendant Cao in the sum of $10,212.75 with disbursements of $1,866.00. The costs award was in regards to two main claims about a property transaction. Adjustments were made to the costs award taking into account the conduct of the parties. Judgment Date: 18 November 2016.
