Validity of marriage — belief that legally married — Family Proceedings Act 1980, s 27. The Court was satisfied that the parties honestly believed that they had done everything necessary to achieve a valid marriage, a declaration as to the validity of their marriage was made. Judgment Date: 16 December 2016.
