Protection order — application dismissed — Domestic Violence Act 1995. An application for a protection order was dismissed. Although domestic violence had occurred during the relationship, the risk of future violence was not sufficient to satisfy the second limb of the test: necessity. **Note: names have been changed to comply with legal requirements.
