Sentencing — male assaults female — robbery — Sentencing Act 2002. Defendant sentenced to two years and six months’ imprisonment on two charges of male assaults female and robbery. Aggravating features were the strangulation involved in the offending and the fact it occurred whilst the defendant was on bail. Guilty pleas and the principle of totality reduced the end sentence.
