Order for compulsory care — sexual offending — The Intellectual Disability (Compulsory Care and Rehabilitation) Act 2003.Compulsory care order for secure care was extended for 12 months. Under s 85(3) of the Act the Court may order that a care recipient who is no longer subject to the criminal system, should recieve secure care ONLY if the Court considers that supervised care would pose a serious danger to the health and safety of the care recipient or to others.
