Discharge of property manager — contact — Protection or Personal and Property Rights 1988, ss 10 and 31. It was determined that following implementation of an Appointment of Agent form, the s 31 order appointing the Public Trust as a property manager could be discharged. Thereafter caregivers could administer the subject person’s WINZ benefit. An order under s 10(e) extending to contact between the mother and subject person was declined.
