Interim adoption order granted — family adoption — Adoption Act 1955. Interim adoption order granted. The cultural and family context was such that Care of Children Act orders would not be adequate (Tuioti Appeal By, Re [1995] NZFLR 773 (HC) cited). Due to parties’ need to travel overseas on short notice an order granting child’s removal from New Zealand was allowed.
