Final parenting order — Care of Children Act 2004, s 49C. A final parenting order was made with the child being in the day-to-day care of the father. Supervised contact with the mother was to occur. The mother sought adjournment to allow her to undertake rehab and relocate to Hamilton, and if that was not granted, a further interim order. The Court determined those orders were not appropriate as the matters had already been before the Court for too long. **Note: names have been changed to comply with legal requirements.
