Sentencing — totality — Sentencing Act 2002. The defendant was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment for offering to supply methamphetamine, attempting to pervert the course of justice and unlawful possession of a firearm, pistol or explosives. Totality had to be considered in sentencing meaning that the defendant received four years’ imprisonment on the key charge and three years’ on each of the other charges to be served concurrently.
