Child in need of care or protection — custody order — additional guardians appointed — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, ss 14, 101 and 110. A s 101 custody order in favour of the Chief Executive was made following a declaration under s 14 that the child was in need of care and protection. The child would be in the day-to-day care of the mother’s uncle and aunt.
