Sentencing — defendant absconded — offering to supply methamphetamine — offering to supply cannabis — demanding with menaces — possession of utensils. The defendant faced four counts of offering to supply methamphetamine, one count on offering to supply cannabis, as well as a charge of demanding with menaces and possession of utensils. After accepting a sentencing indication in 2010, the defendant absconded and came before the court on an unrelated matter. The court accepted and applied the sentencing indication given in 2010 and the defendant was sentenced to two years' imprisonment in total. Judgment Date: 23 March 2017.
