Costs — vexatious proceeding — indemnity costs — District Court Rules 2014, r 14.6 (3). The court awarded costs against the plaintiff on the grounds that settlement was not accepted once a "fair dealing" defence was raised, and that the arguments pursued by the plaintiff lacked merit. Judgment Date: 9 February 2017.
