Sentencing — burglary — use of a document. The defendant entered room at two motels and took from them items including bank cards and identification. The defendant used the stolen bank cards to obtain $88 worth of property and to put credit on her cellphone. The defendant had a substantial history of offending which incurred an uplift in the defendant's sentence. The defendant was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.
