Summary judgment was entered for outstanding invoices of $58,884.77 plus interest. The Judge was satisfied that the defendant lacked an arguable defence to the claim, and that following "Atlas Resources", a creditor could seek to enforce a personal guarantee where a Deed of Company Arrangement was in place with creditors.
